Project Details
Coffee Meets Bagel's mission was to create the best dating service for women. Each day at noon, men will receive up to 21 quality matches – known as “Bagels.”
Sharing our dating experiences on our weekly girl’s nights gave me a lot of proper understanding of other women's thought process about dating.

The following presentation is my suggestions based on some of the user’s frustrations by quality research:
1. Reading the app reviews.
2. Interviewing with my friends who have become CMB members after my suggestion.
My goal is to create features that focus on developing solutions that increase our user's outcome.

User Frustration

I spend a lot of time going to meet someone who I’m not even sure if I’m going to like her/him in the first 2 minutes or not!

It is too expensive and time consuming to date someone whom I have no idea how they are going to even talk in the real world!

Atoosa hesitates to plan for the date, if the guy wouldn't be a good match, she has wasted an afternoon getting ready for a boring talk in a coffee shop or a bar.
User's Goal

Our Goal
Creating an amazing experience,

By adding this feature, we have acquired new users, and we will have more subscriptions.
